Well, thanks to many of you, our Yeomen Women's Rugby Team raised a total of $1,635 for MS research, services and friends living with MS in this past weekends Super Cities WALK for MS. There were 5 Yeomen players on the fundraising team!

It was about 2 degrees, wet and windy at the walk but we had a great time walking, chatting and meeting loads of wonderful people out to support the MS Society. The Toronto WALK raised over 675,000 and I am proud to say we were a part of that!

Rugby Canada Positional Skills Handbook

The staff of Rugby Canada’s Development Department and the Rugby Football Union (England) have put together this excellent coaching resource.

"As coaches and teachers have the responsibility to prepare the strategic and tactical aspects of the game, it is important that players focus on the core skills including the development of their own skills in relation to their position. Strength and conditioning fitness are integral to the success of any player looking to participate in a performance environment."
